well i go through stages. sometimes i love it, sometimes i skip it. last week, i listened to it on repeat for like 2 hours every day. i couldn't get enough of it. but now i'm not to into it anymore. i'll like it again some day though.
i would also say that Have You Ever is one of the weaker songs on MV. my other picks for best are Aqueous Transimission (Love that song so much), and Just A Phase. but they are all excellent songs.
oh campo, Out From Under is on make yourself, not Morning View as you indicated.

| What can I say? When I'm asked for the worst song from an album like Morning View, it's hard to choose. I love the whole album. Plus I favor percussion, so I tend to like full-band over acoustic versions. |

Hey it's all good. And you made a very good point. If you like an entire album as much as you said you did, picking a worst song is going to be rough and dissappoint someone. But, you picked it for the right reasons and I applaud you for that.

Yes!! As soon as I finished writing my last post, I started to imagine the possibilites. How do you want to send it?
P.S. Although I listed Drive as my least favorite MY song ("least favortie" still doesn't do it justice,) I loved the remix they played this summer. |

It's a cool song, but I just can't get over how much they sold out with it - it was the beginning of the end imo. I am very much a metal man, and when Incubus stopped making funk-metal, I started to drift off. Drive is a song I would like played at a formal or a funeral or something, I listen to Incubus because I like drug-influced lyrics about stuff that is easy to listen to, where I stop what I am doing just so I can do some air-guitar or something - when they start singing about 'being there' thats great but it just doesn't seem like Incubus. They have even refrained from playing it at the recent concerts - I just think Drive is completely over-hyped and a blemish on Incubus earlier 'perfect' track record. |
