depends on the city and the specifics of the package (if pit tickets or seats, how close the seats are..)
I think some went for as low as $100 for the club shows, and some went up to $800 for the arena shows. Totally depends on the city.

I'm pretty sure you'll get an email from them (to whichever account your ebay is linked) asking for the info, or you can send a message to them through ebay or paypal.
I didn't include my cell # and this is what happened.
