So talk about video games in this thread. What you are currently playing, system specs on the next gen, anything.
So I am playing Manhunt, it sucks.
I am almost done with Fable, I just rented it again and of course the disc is fucked. But Fable is one of the best RPGs I have ever played. It was great. Of course my character had "force lightning" all maxed out. I was popping heads left and right.
So go on, discuss video games.

I've been on a real FF binge lately. I've been playing the original on my GBA and playing VI via emulator on my PC.
and they're re-releasing Fable on Xbox with all the extra content for $20.

I heart video games. I guess that makes sense since I make my living from reviewing them.
Anyway, the last game I played and loved was "Destroy all Humans!" That game turned out to be one of the funniest, most addictive titles in recent memory.
I plan to pick up either "Sid Miers Pirates!" or "NCAA 2006" next. Anyone have experience with those games?

I keep putting off starting X-2, because once I start a FF game I like to get into it for many hours and I hate it when I leave it for too long (days/weeks) cause then I forget what I was doing.
Yeah I heard about that Fable coming out, I wonder if it will be THAT much differerent though. Just a couple of new chapters/missions and new towns. I probably will pick it up.

If you're a fan of Fable, you should be excited for Fable 2 coming for the Xbox 360.
It's not "official", but I can gurantee it. |

i rented Fable awhile back, and as quickly as i beat it, i couldnt stop playing it. mainly, i wanted to see the ending, so i indulged and beat the game with little to no fun, and then started a new one to actually have fun.

i just finished star fox adventures for the cube. gorgeous game. pretty much a zelda clone but i thoroughly enjoyed it.

i'm into my pc version of ff7 and yuris revenge right now. very good games.

mmmm, yes. it's fucking great though i have had some gay problems with my ati when playing the game.

| I've got a lot of games that I love playing right now, but since I got NCAA 2006 I haven't touched anything else. But the other games I was playing right before then were MVP Baseball, GT4, and Star Ocean which I just recently bought. |

I took back the messed up Fable disc and rented Mercenaries, it is really good. It is like GTA but in a war setting, well kind of. I was surprised at how good it is, if they make another one it should be great.

i'm thinking of picking up God of War sometime next week, and maybe MGS3. i haven't played a new game since Fable came out, which i fucking loved, so it's about time.
i read something in gamepro rumor mill on the plane last night, the FFVII is almost definitely coming to the PS3 as a visually updated title. that got me horny.
