| I was just wondering if anybody knew anything about Brandons arrest.. I saw on some show that he was arrested in a New York airport for carrying a knife through security. Any details anyone? |

Well, besided the fact this isn't our business, this would have to be old news. They don't fly while on the US Tour, they travel by bus since they have a show pretty much everyday. So this would have had to have been awhile ago.
You saw him on some show? Hmm, mind telling us the name?

Someone said that he was late for the show last night because he missed his flight from NYC. So if that's true, they may be some truth to the rumor. |

| A friend of mine attended the MYF meet and greet in Raleigh- She said the group was informed beforehand that Brandon was not present. Jake said he had been arrested and detained earlier that day. He was going to meet a friend in NYC and was arrested at the airport for carrying a knife. He went to jail, but was able to make it back in time for the show. The MYF group went ahead and met with the rest of the band as scheduled, and Brandon hooked up with everybody after the show. Mikey was joking about it, so I guess no one is too upset. |

Thanks for the insight. That's wonderful he got back in touch with everyone after the show. That could have actually been an even better treat for the people that usually are starstruck. They had an ice-breaker, the show they just saw.

| Wether it's my business or not, that's pretty crazy. Would you have ever thought Brandon Boyd, Mister Spirituality, would be arrested? I just want to know why the hell he had a knife on him. |

It seems more "Brandon" to have a little pair of scissors for sewing or something, rather than a real knife.
Although they don't arrest people for having nail clippers. My mom flew recently and they found a pair of scissors like I described above. They just took them and let her fly. |

Wow...I want to know a little more. It's really interesting, but can they really arrest you if you carry a sharp object, even if they take it away? If they take it away, I wouldn't see any problem, but enough to get arrested?

Well, guys maybe was not a knife. I have a story for you guys, I work for a big company so I travel pretty much every week. And the airports are getting extreme, like 3 moths ago they stopped me for a nail cutter I had within my stuff and a metal nail buffer, so they putted me aside, I almost had to strip in the middle of the airport with my shoes off a stranger touching me and about 50 people staring at the show I was giving, they even call a lady to verify my bra because it was wired, took my laptop away and everything, and the best part is (probably what happened to him) If you refuse to be searched right there of giving your stuff to them they arrest you. I almost lost my flight and I lost a bunch of stuff they took away. I felt like a delinquent, it was humiliating, so don't pay attention to it guys, must be something ridiculous as happened to me.
